These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website devoshineco.com (the "Site"), operated by DevoShineCo ("we," "us," or "our"), and any quote request or inquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Information Purposes Only
Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our cleaning services. It does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guaranteed price. All quotes provided in response to a submission are estimates only and are subject to confirmation after we review your specific requirements, and may change based on an on-site assessment.
2. Quote Requests
When you submit the quote request form, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, and phone number, so that we may contact you regarding your request. Submitting a request does not create a binding service agreement. A service agreement is only formed once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and scheduling, whether verbally, by email, or in a separate written agreement.
3. Service Area
We generally service the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Submitting a request from outside this area does not guarantee availability.
4. No Professional or Legal Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, or to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by DevoShineCo or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevoShineCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on quote estimates provided through it. Actual service terms, liability, and insurance coverage for completed cleaning work will be governed by the separate service agreement entered into at the time of booking.
8. Third-Party Services
Quote request submissions are processed using a third-party form-delivery service to route your request to our inbox. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by that third-party service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
